Service Description

Perfect for beginners, those that have no experience at all as well as those that have some experience. You will learn a combination of throwing on the pottery wheel as well as learning hand-building techniques (coil-building, slab-building, pinch pots and more) to create your own one-of-a-kind pieces. Classes start Jan. 15th - March 19th, 2024, 6:30pm - 9:30pm (3 hrs./class, 10 weeks) What will you need? Clay (purchased from the studio for $36+gst/bag, includes glazes and firings) Basic pottery tool kit (you can purchase one from Delta Art, amazon, most art stores carry them) Wear Clothing that you can get messy (apron is optional) Very short fingernails are highly recommended when working with clay More details will be sent to you before class starts... *all finished pieces will be available for pickup up to 4 weeks after the last class class maximum: 10 participants
