Mudita Studio serves local artists and the community by providing them with the tools and environment for getting inspired and creating with clay. A place to learn, share, practice and enjoy. We provide classes and studio space for people to come in and develop their crafts.

Beg. Pottery - Adults (Wed. Evening)
Adults of all ages are welcome in this class (Beginner levels 1 & 2)
Service Description
Perfect for beginners, those that have no experience at all as well as those that have some experience. You will learn a combination of throwing on the pottery wheel as well as learning hand-building techniques (coil-building, slab-building, pinch pots and more) to create your own one-of-a-kind pieces. Classes start Oct. 9th - Dec. 11th, 2024, 6:30pm - 9:30pm (3 hrs./class, 10 weeks) What will you need? Clay (purchased from the studio for $36+gst/bag, includes glazes and firings) Basic pottery tool kit (you can purchase one from Delta Art, amazon, most art stores carry them) Wear Clothing that you can get messy (apron is optional) Very short fingernails are highly recommended when working with clay More details will be sent to you before class starts... *all finished pieces will be available for pickup up to 4 weeks after the last class class maximum: 9 participants

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: -you can cancel up to 10 days before start date and you will receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee -if you cancel 5-9 days before start date you will receive 1/2 of the course fee minus a $25 administration fee -if you cancel 4 days or less before the start date there are no refunds available
